Over the past 20 years Faye has worked extensively both within, and with, the NHS. It was during this time that she developed her passion for communication focused on compassion, inclusivity and collaboration. She is a brilliant facilitator of both training sessions and action learning sets, modifying her style and content to the needs of the client.

She is qualified in Executive Coaching, Healthcare Leadership Model (HLM) 360° facilitation and is a TypeCoach certified facilitator. Faye has a PG Dip in Management, PG Cert in Leadership and Management (OD), TAP Diploma in Learning and Development and has trained as an Action Learning Set facilitator.
