What is included in your place
Everything your managers need — all included in the £350 +VAT

A pre-course research survey
Before the day, every attendee completes a short survey on their current confidence and experience of difficult conversations. This shapes the session content around the real challenges in the room.
A full day of expert training
A highly practical, interactive day of learning with discussion, exercises, role play and real scenario practice. Content is tailored to healthcare based on the pre-course research.

Tailored scenarios and examples
Every example and scenario used in the day is drawn from situations that healthcare managers face. The learning will feel immediately real and relevant.
Individual follow-up coaching sessions
After the training, every attendee has access to an online coaching session. It will help to embed the participant's learning when new skills are being put into practice and questions tend to surface.

Post-course learning emails
A series of short emails follows the course, each one revisiting a technique from the day with a reminder and a practical prompt to keep the key learnings top-of-mind and useful.
Access to key resources
